Free participation in German courses for asylum seekers, recognised refugees and people eligible for subsidiary protection who do not apply for a FH JOANNEUM degree programme
If you wish to attend the German courses or Intensive Courses (in February and September) WITHOUT applying to FH JOANNEUM you must provide evidence that you have been enrolled in a university or another institute of tertiary education equivalent to the Austrian education system in your home country. If you are unable to provide documentary evidence your qualifications will be assessed through an interview and a test.
Please note that places in a German course are subject to availability. You will get a notification after the registration process with a link to the mandatory placement test and be informed about acceptance by e-mail.
